What businesses ask us at the door.

Do callers notice they are speaking with an AI?

Yes, and that is intentional. The assistant says so at the start of every conversation. Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires it, and it builds trust. The voice still sounds natural and answers without noticeable delay.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You forward calls when you are busy or after a few rings. Your number, your line and your current availability stay exactly as they are.

Where does the call data go?

Website, booking data and logs live on servers in Germany. AI voice processing is performed by our AI partner under EU Standard Contractual Clauses; conversations are deleted there after 30 days, and training on your raw data is contractually excluded. A data processing agreement is part of every plan.

What if the assistant doesn't know something?

It says so honestly, takes a callback request and sends you the note. Urgent, medical or legal matters are transferred to you directly. It does not invent answers.

How long does setup take?

During the on-site visit we set up a test version in about 15 minutes. Live operation with your number and calendar is ready within 48 hours.

Which calendars and systems work?

Google Calendar, Outlook and Cal.com in the Business plan. Practice and reservation systems without an open interface are connected in the Individual plan via message handover.

What does it really cost?

From €69 per month net for 200 minutes of talk time. The Business plan with calendar booking is €199, Pro €449. Setup & training from €149, waived with an annual contract. Cancel monthly.
