Data We Collect

Callback form: name, business, phone number, email (optional), preferred time window, the page you were on and, if you arrived via a flyer QR code, the flyer identifier.
Contact form: name, email, message content.
Web analytics (Umami, self-hosted in Germany): page views and interactions without cookies; the IP address is not stored.
Server logs: IP address and request data for security and rate limiting, deleted automatically after 14 days.
The demo on this website plays pre-recorded, synthetic audio. No microphone access is requested and no conversation is recorded.

Purposes of Data Processing

Calling you back and arranging an on-site demo (contract initiation, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Responding to contact form inquiries.
Protecting the website against abuse and measuring reach without personal identifiers (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal Basis

We process your data for contract initiation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security and cookieless analytics, and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where you give it, for example in the callback form.

Use of Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary storage:

Local storage in your browser remembers that you have seen our notice. No cookies are set for tracking or advertising.
Our analytics tool (Umami) works without cookies and without personal identifiers.

Third-Party Tools and Processors

Umami (self-hosted on our server in Germany): cookieless, anonymous usage statistics. No data is transferred to third parties.
Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany/France): delivers callback requests to our mailbox. Data processing agreement in place.
EmailJS: sends contact form messages. We do not store messages on our servers; EmailJS may retain metadata for diagnostics in line with its retention policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection for protected forms and demos, only when such a feature is enabled. Turnstile does not set tracking cookies.
Hosting: our website, its database and logs run on a server in Germany (Netcup GmbH). Data processing agreement in place.
AI phone assistant (product, not this website): for customers of our assistant, voice processing is performed by our US partner xAI under EU Standard Contractual Clauses with contractual deletion after 30 days and no training on customer data. Details are part of the customer contract and the customer's own privacy notice.

Data Transfers Outside the EU

For this website, data stays in Germany except where EmailJS or Turnstile are used, which may transfer data to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For the AI phone assistant product, voice processing takes place in the USA under SCCs; see the section above.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Callback requests are deleted no later than 90 days after processing unless a contract follows.
